Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unused, in original packaging, and with all included accessories (such as manuals or cords). Smart air filters and air quality monitors must be in fully functional, resalable condition. Filter refills must remain unopened and unused, unless there is a manufacturing defect. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
To start a return, please contact us at support@wooshair.com. We will guide you through the process, including providing instructions on how and where to ship your return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defective or damaged product, in which case Woosh will cover the shipping. Items sent back without prior return authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product, contact us immediately at support@wooshair.com. We will work quickly to resolve the issue, whether through a replacement, repair, or refund. Woosh will cover shipping costs for returns due to defects or damage.
Exceptions & Non-returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for the following:
- Opened filter refills, unless there is a manufacturing defect.
- Personalized or custom items.
- Sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, the fastest way is to return the original item. Once the return is accepted, you can place a new order for the replacement product.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, you will be refunded to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take up to 5-10 business days to process the refund.
