Shipping policy
We are proud to offer free standard shipping on all orders, with no discount codes or minimum spend required; however, please note that we ship exclusively to the continental United States and cannot fulfill orders to Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories, P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO military addresses, or international locations. Any orders placed with a shipping address falling into these restricted categories will be automatically cancelled and fully refunded. All orders are processed and packed at our warehouse within [1–2] business days (excluding weekends and holidays), and transit time with our carriers typically takes an additional [3–7] business days, meaning you should expect a total delivery window of [4–9] business days from the moment your order is placed. As soon as your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number, which may take 24–48 hours to activate. If your package arrives damaged, please email photos to us at support@wooshair.com within 48 hours of delivery so we can issue a replacement; if your package is marked as delivered but missing, please check with neighbors or household members before contacting us within 3 days so we can open a carrier investigation.
